Lovely. You broke it. I was thinking peace and prosperity are goals. But you're right its consequence of what we choose to think, speak and act. It cant be reached unless we fix the above 3. When we take responsibility of T E A we start to realise we are creating our reality.
“When your thoughts are clear, your emotions balanced, and your actions selfless, life begins to flow harmoniously. “
That’s such a grounding and empowering thought. We don’t have to react to what happens to us, but can actively shape who we become. We can rewrite chapters, change the tone, shift the plot, and walk away from pages that no longer fit who we are becoming. It makes life feel less like something happening to you and more like something you’re actively shaping, one decision at a time.
Thanks for putting something so hopeful and motivational out there 🩵
Beautifully written, it's a great reminder for us to become more still and listen for answers within instead of searching outside of us. And we truly hold the power to create our lives, no one else
Thank you for the reminder and confirmation. I have found so much truth in what you have written here:
If I "act to serve rather than to gain":
"Opportunities arise, relationships deepen, peace replaces agitation, and love flows effortlessly."
"Peace and prosperity unfold naturally when you live in alignment with higher principles. You...begin attracting abundance through clarity, effort, and integrity."
I've seen the change in my life over the past few years. It's a change I'm so grateful for.
And of course, being both a poet and a spiritual seeker, I whole-heartedly agree with you here, too:
Just love this article meredith:_) Our thinking creates our paths in life, & yet sometimes we bypass the thinking & go straight into action. Human beings are mostly emotional beings, but as your article advises "clarity of thinking/reflection, assists us with our emotional states" we cannot undo the past, this can keep us stuck, to live life we have to move forward, in our minds & in our physical being, with one small step, we are on the road to as you have stated, " re-writing our life story" in each new day. thankyou Meredith!
It’s that right action part - “Doing the next right thing for the next right reason “ that gets me. I’m learning to pause and choose rather than react. Except in comments, of course. 😎
Doing right action is the difference between mind and intellect — mind is impulsive, irrational, emotional. Intellect thinks clearly, reasons, discerns and decides.

When TEA is aligned there is a certain freedom or release that the body feels.. the practice becomes second nature..
Beautifully stated, Meredith. When our thoughts and actions align with our hearts, I like to say we live in dharmony.
Ooohh, I like that. We live in Dharmony. Apologies for missing this. Dharmony... Beautiful.
Oh, no apologies necessary, Meredith. I'm just happy the algorithm helped us to meet up.
And thank you.

So sorry I missed your beautiful message. Yes, we can never find the answers outside, only inside. It's truly amazing how much power we possess.

"You...hold the pen. Write wisely."
Deepest apologies for missing your beautiful message. I'm so pleased you got a lot out of this. Yes, indeed, you hold the pen. Keep writing.
No apology needed!

Thank you, Amilia. That’s exactly it. Every day and every pause gives us the chance to begin again.
You know what, maybe every action we take in life creates another paragraph in our autobiography.
Thanks for sharing 🙏

MEREDITH. Boy are we on the same page today or what! I published 'The Things We Tell Ourselves' this morning also 🙏✨
