Thank you for this message. A beautiful reminder about our purpose and focus in life. Appreciate your perspective about taking our attention away from ourselves and direct it toward others to become a better human being.
thankyou Meredith - love the special article - i feel self confidence comes when we are truly free to be who we are & know this about ourselves - not having to live up to others expectations of who they think we should be - the authentic self is to: know thyself:_)
Thank you for this clear message. Who am i was too the profound teaching of my Master Ramana. In this contemplation my self is daily working. From one corner of the south to another corner of the south.. Marcos R.
I like this! It feels freeing and like a relief to stop making purpose about the ego-me me me! I keep saying to myself lately “we’re all just walking each other home” and helps when in unwanted situations.
This is so true and also points to radical self acceptance. Its true that when our attention is placed on the inquiry of “Who am I really?” And showing up with authenticity in service and not concerned with how others see me thats when I feel most confident. I love your teachings about the Vedanta, Meredith. ❤️

Thank you Kathryn. Taking our attention away from ourselves doesn’t just give us confidence it gives us peace of mind and freedom.
