Such a profound and true article, thankyou Meredith for your inspirational words - it all starts with the self-no-one else can do this for us! It comes back to the thinking, closed & selfish, OR open & giving. We certainly can make ourselves physically, emotionally & mentally stressed just by how we think & if we continue we will come to a point of some disease (dis-ease) as the body can only take so much for so long - we need to think with the clarity of mind, loving kindness from the heart, & break free from our habitual negative cycles, our thinking self & collective selves can create or destroy, may we create,
Thanks Amelia. I remember when I was in India at a function with Swamiji. Everyone was mingling. No one was talking to Swamiji. He said to me, “the Ganges is flowing and no one is taking a dip.” These words struck me and stuck with me all this time. Do you know what it means?
i feel it may mean - a few things, not sure? as in "avoiding the ganges" out of fear or in the ignorance of thinking " we already know" and don't need to take the dip!
Thank you for this beautiful reflection. Yes, when we attune to the indestructible Essence, healing unfolds from the inside out. Thank you for your insight and the grace woven into your words. 🙏
Beautifully put. I can visualise that particular journey. To finally arrive at that realisation. Let go and live your best life. Takes work but it's not impossible.xx
You’re right, Meredith. I’m totally in agreeable space with you. My sister keeps getting older every day when I talk to her. She say she’s not eating enough and I told her it’s not food. That’s the problem. It’s literally poisoned mind and how you go about things.
people just don’t know neither do they get it that sometimes health is not all about what getting into your body. It’s exactly what’s in your head. What’s in your mind? What’s in your soul, How you interpret them and how much you make them turn out to be you, I can give you the word "bitterness" because it completely describes it .
Apologies, Ral. I did want to reply earlier, but better late than never.
So many people like your sister are ageing prematurely because of stress, which boils down to self-centred thinking. it’s unfortunate but this is the world we live in. You really have to put in effort to break free from this kind of thinking.
100%. This is happening all too much today. Hence so many problems... It all boils down to one person--what am I doing? how am I thinking, why am I blaming etc. If we want to improve our situation we have to go deep within.
Thank you Rea. It doesn't matter what our age, we need to be aware of the consequences of selffish thinking. Thanks for reading and finding the time to comment.
I find myself getting "spun up" about things that are happening these days, and the moment I do something for someone else or say something nice to someone else it all goes away. So many strangers have done me a kindness without any expectation of anything in return. Recently someone helped me out and he said all he wanted was for me to pay it forward. My brother has been saying that for decades, and I have adopted that.

we all need to follow your Healing Path:_)xx

Sorry, spellcheck always spells your name with an e instead of i

This is the nature of realization.
Tuning into the divine current has a healing effect in the subtle realms that underlie this material universe.
Life force, or soul-alignment with the indestructible nature of Love provides true health.
And as a byproduct --- radiant skin and eyes and magnetic presence.
Thank you for casting a light on the shadowy trails of individuation. Your words carry the breathe of the Divine Mother🙏

Correct it is not impossible with the right effort, anyone can do it.
Very, very powerful and in my life experience... accurate.
I'm glad this has been your experience KaZ. Thank you for reading.

Lovely post. Humanity forgets itself when people prioritize their own goals over the betterment of the whole.

Thanks, Meredith! Interesting timing; my post later this day is similar.
Take care.
That is interesting Matt I’ll definitely have a read
True words, Meredith!

Very true!
Yes, I just wish more people knew about it—giving without expecting a return. It’s like a soothing balm on your personality. Thanks, Barrie.
Hi Grace, Altruism without any expectation of return is the key. I absolutely love the Gita. It’s my inspiration.
Truly appreciate your support and what you’re doing. Look forward to getting to know you better.
You must try to get a copy of the Gita. It will change your life. I can send you a link if you’d like.
Okay.

Perfect. You got it.
